Joining our newly formed team of Business Analysts, you'll play a pivotal role as a Data Scientist specializing in model performance analysis, bridging the gap between technical insights and business strategy.

What you'll achieve

As a Data Scientist with a focus on model performance within our Business Analyst team, you'll leverage your expertise to dissect and communicate intricate machine learning insights. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts to distill technical findings into actionable business strategies.

Analyze and interpret machine learning model performance, translating technical outcomes into comprehensible insights for business stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to align model insights with strategic business objectives, contributing to the formulation of data-driven strategies.

Communicate complex technical findings effectively to non-technical audiences, facilitating informed decision-making.

Essential Requirements:

• Solid SQL Knowledge.
• 4-5 years of experience in data science with a specific focus on model performance analysis, preferably within a business context.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python (using libraries like pandas, scikit-learn) and experience with Jupyter Notebooks.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to understand and articulate business needs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, economics or a related field.

Desirable Requirements:

• Proven track record in interpreting model performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary starting from: 3 400 EUR gross monthly
