Job Description

As the leader of an AI/ML team within the Customer Growth Marketing organization, you will bring your hands-on AI/ML experience to drive data science / data engineering / program management / analytics talent to achieve the following:

• The design and development of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and statistical models – extracting insights from very large data sets.
• The continuous performance monitoring & improvement of these models with the integration of incremental external and internal data sets, the challenge of established technics / algorithms through test & learn, and the integration of feedback.
• The continuous engineering of new value-creating features – including LLM / GenAI -driven features.
• The definition and enforcement of operational excellence across your team, from vision, to roadmaps, to requirements, to backlog grooming & prioritization, to code management, to best-in-class documentation, to ML Ops partnership.

Essential Requirements

• AI/ML practitioner, expert with applied ML, core supervised and unsupervised learning, e.g., clustering, classification, data mining techniques – at least 5 years in the craft.
• Expertise in developing and deploying machine learning algorithms and pipelines – in collaboration with an ML Ops team; collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, marketing, and operations, to gather data requirements and provide insights.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity by implementing data cleaning and preprocessing techniques; ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering etc.); previouspeople and/or project leadership experience.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Object Oriented Design / Object Oriented Programming would be a nice plus.Have deployed docker/container-based solutions in production or know how it is done.Knowledge about applying prompt engineering and / or RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) techniques using LLM (foundational models) either using OpenAI, Azure Open AI or Google Vertex AI or on-premises fined tunning LLM.

Starting salary from: 5 000 Eur / brutto
