  • Collaborate with Site and Network leaders to advance AI and Digital technologies that improve user experience, reduce cycle time, deliver improved productivity for the organization, and upskill our workforce into a digital future.
  • Work hand-in-hand with key business partners to understand areas of opportunities where AI/Digital driven solutions can be leveraged to solve business problems.
  • Lead requirements and user story definition sessions with key business users and stakeholders.
  • Perform analysis of both the business process and innovative technologies to help find the right fit to enable business/site outcomes.
  • Drive the execution of a varied portfolio of AI/Digital Technology projects/initiatives with appropriate portfolio planning, resource, risk management and financial management for the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, developers, and data scientists as well as suppliers to drive outcomes.
  • Effectively managing relationships with service owners, site business partners, enterprise service partners, and vendors
  • Drive continuous reliability focused improvements through AI/Digital based initiatives.
  • Be a champion for Agile SCRUM adoption and development methodologies in building and testing applications.
  • Own area metrics for Site function and ensure they are aligned to business/Site goals.
  • Drive year-on-year productivity improvements for budgetary items within your control.
  • Active member of the Operations Digital, Technology and Innovation (DTI) site leadership team, contributing to and supporting the overall site strategy and functional deliverables
  • Be part of a learning and development program which will include goal setting, annual performance reviews and individual development plans.

Required experience and skills:

  • Self-Motivating with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
  • Strong experience in business analysis and process mapping
  • Ability to navigate Ambiguity in a never-changing work environment.
  • Continuous improvement approach (i.e. LEAN, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of new platforms, languages, tools, and technologies.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Sharp learning agility, problem solving and analytical thinking.
  • Good communicatory and analytical skills
  • Solid leadership, technical writing, and communication/presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to travel to Rhode Island Site at an agreed upon cadence.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master’s degree and 3 years of systems analysis experience

Or

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of systems analysis

Or

Associate’s degree and 10 years of systems analyst experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of systems analyst experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing strategies for new innovative technology deployment
  • Ability to translate strategic opportunities and emerging technology solutions into tangible pragmatic executable plans.
  • Experience and knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and digital capabilities and techniques that allow you to be able to help identify the right solutions for business problems.
  • The ability to influence the development of business area strategy and Information Systems strategy where appropriate.
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability yto question thought partners across functional areas.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies (such as Sprint and Scrum) and DevOps.
  • Experience in biotechnology or other healthcare/regulated environment
