Job Description

We are looking for a tech lead who can lead our data science ML and AI projects with business teams and deliver scalable and impactful solutions. You will be responsible for execution and delivery of our projects with a team of data scientists and ML engineers, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of ML and AI products, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You will also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the advancement of our pharma domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ML and data scientists and provide technical guidance and feedback
• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for the business
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML and AI products that can scale and handle large volumes of data
• Work closely with teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives and expectations
• Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks and incorporate them into the existing pipeline
• Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of the ML and AI products and adhere to the best practices and standards

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience

OR

Master’s degree and 4 years of experience

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience

OR

Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in ML and AI engineering, with proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ML and AI technologies, such parametric and non-parametric models. Knowledge in Generative AI stack would be a plus
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and other programming languages and tools for data analysis and ML
• Experience in working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and using their ML and AI services
• Experience in the pharma industry or related domains is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest trends in ML and AI
