This position will provide exposure to multiple engineering disciplines - in Chemistry, Electrical, Physics, Material Science, IT, computer science or AI (Artificial Intelligence) or Machine learning– and their use in industrial applications within the Thin Film Process department. Interns will be provided a mentor to guide activities ranging from process operation, daily SPC operation, process, monitor theory, create, and analyze DOE for Thin Film process. The internship will consist of system enhancement projects relating to production line efficiency improvement, monitor time reduction by operational or technical solution, big data analysis, report efficiency improvement. Looking for applicant who enjoys improving existing process.

This position is nonexempt; and Intern rates will be between $23 - $27 per hour depending on academic level.

Requirements:

• Completion of sophomore year of college in a related degree program
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25
• Ability to work full time (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) for internship period
• Ability to work in the United States on a long-term basis
• Available to work for 10-12 weeks, beginning either 5/13/24 or 6/24/24
