What you'll do

• Perform the role of SME in O&G operations, representing Intelie during the business development phase as well as project implementation phases of a project. During the business development phase the applicant will interface with both the client’s operational/ technical teams to detail the project scope and key deliverables.
• Applicant can be located inside customer's offices and will be responsible for providing Intelie LIVE service delivery management and expert support for key users during business hours;
• Applicant will be responsible to coordinate other support analysts involved in customer user support and service delivery.
• It will also be important to interact with the Rig.net Sales Representatives to support the response of Tenders, RFI/RFPs, Intelie Demos and Technical Proposals;
• Understand customer specific needs and translate into a scope of work and plan to successfully delivery it on budget and on time using Intelie software solutions and expertise, supporting Rig.net Sales Representatives;
• In addition, applicant will interface with the client’s operational/ technical teams and Intelie’s software developers and data scientists to deliver the project. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), interact with the client’s operational/ technical teams translating operational requirements into software functionalities. Serve as the main SME point of contact for Intelie’s software developers and data scientists to deliver the project.
• Create technical specification to product development team and POCs of technical specification to explain requirements
• Apply technical skills to test developed features

• Interaction with the team, customers and stakeholders
• Help the team with questions related to the domain
• Help define roadmap and product features
• Specify product features and act as PO defining requirements and acceptance criteria
• Test team developed features

What you'll need

Requirements

• Experience in Real Time Drilling, Monitoring and Analysis.
• The applicant should have a technical background with a Bachelor of Science in any Engineering or Scientific field preferred.
• The Applicant should have a solid understanding of physics and statistics and previous exposure to real time or planning software.
• The applicant should have a technical background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, with Upstream (Exploration and Production) experience preferred. Previous work as a Company Man, Drilling, Completion, Production, or Planning Engineer with field as well as office experience preferred.
• The applicant should be self-motivated and technology friendly and eager to learn about digitalization (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, etc). Previous IT knowledge or software abilities is a plus.
• The applicant will be working with a variety of different cultures (business, technical, ethnic, etc) and should have strong language and social skills to coordinate projects and execute contracts within this setting.
