An Alliances Manager owns all aspects of NVIDIA's partnership with a set of key strategic, high value ISVs! This highly strategic role is responsible for identifying, planning and performing upon the entire opportunity for NVIDIA around these ISVs. Platform Alliance Managers develop strategic relationships ISV partners which are critical to NVIDIA's Computing Platform Ecosystem. They own the partnering strategies and relationship development with their respective partner companies. This group also aligns partner product integrations with NVIDIA's product directions. This includes driving aligned product releases and go to market strategies as well as developing, structuring and driving joint solutions and technology roadmaps. These roles include delivering and coordinating roadmaps between NVIDIA and our partners to ensure differentiation, technology adoption and improvement with the partner's technologies.

The fundamental units of computing are shifting from collections of discrete CPUs, GPUs and DPUs to datacenter scale building blocks where acceleration is built into the full stack of enterprise HPC software dynamically, continuously and thanks to you, seamlessly. It is essential to build strategic partnerships with our software ecosystem partners and our developer communities so they can build solutions our mutual customers require to operate nimbly in today's markets. The Alliance Manager is a high-profile role in NVIDIA as one of the world leaders in accelerated computing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working within our Accelerated Computing Division, define and own NVIDIA's partnering strategy, define initiatives and outcomes, orchestrate resources against those objectives across the company.
  • Build relationships with Linux distribution partners (engineering, product management and marketing leads, executives), including leading software companies and developer communities to drive adoption of NVIDIA platforms and solutions.
  • Work closely with technical personnel and product management and marketing to identify key areas of alignment. Use this knowledge to build joint solutions, aligned product roadmaps, and customer value.
  • Define market positioning to NVIDIA business units, to enhance value in the NVIDIA channel and the Partner's
  • Become the virtual team lead, able to influence and drive activity across different departments within NVIDIA and the Partner
  • Develop long-term relationships with key personnel across the Partner(s), including executive management

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of overall experience .7+ years business development/marketing experience for software/hardware products. 5+ years working experience with a software tools or semiconductor firm serving academic and government HPC markets, exposure to emerging machine learning and AI frameworks and their ecosystem highly desirable.
  • MS/BS in a technical area or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, marketing, and project management skills.
  • Proven understanding of HPC, Enterprise and/or AI/ML software ecosystem as deployed on today's x86, x64 and emerging Arm platforms
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, develop trust-based relationships, and drive concrete results
  • Ability to work out results-oriented win/win plans in complex, often co-competitive partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, since candidate must work across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, and marketing) and with external partners, customers, and content developers.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with HPC market needs, Linux Vendors, Network Vendors, Development Toolchain vendors
  • Prior product management experience, especially software products
  • Experience in cloud service providers software ecosystem desired
  • Knowledge about parallel computing and Knowledge about Linux, and the ecosystem and software standards around it

The base salary range is 216,000 USD - 333,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
