We are looking for one product development engineering leader to drive key aspects of the product engineering operations and technology for our next-generation datacenter AI server and rack-scale products. We are expecting you to bring deep knowledge and experience in datacenter AI compute system development, or new product introduction (NPI); as well as key technologies such as the latest generation X86 or ARM64 CPU systems, DDR5 DRAM, NVME SSD, PCIe Gen5/Gen6, CXL, High speed Ethernet and server RAS features.

What you’ll be doing:

  • In this capacity you will lead a product or series of products end-to-end through the entire product lifecycle; your role would be to ensure successful production ramp-ups are achieved by working through a large matrixed team.
  • You'll be able to develop the test methodology for AI server or Rack-Scale AI System manufacturing; refine, revise and overhaul test and manufacturing flows; influence and drive software tools/infrastructure required for new product development, validation, and productization.
  • Opportunity to work closely and partner with architecture, hardware, software and product engineering teams through the product development lifecycle.
  • Be ready to be challenged to assess new hardware features and architect manufacturing diagnostic tests, flows, methodologies.
  • You'll nurture a deep understanding of NVIDIA's AI hardware and software architecture.

What we need to see:

  • BS or higher in EE, CE, CS or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years proven experiences in design, development, manufacturing testing of enterprise server boards and systems, or equivalent-complexity products
  • Strong engineering and/or program/project management background
  • Track record of successfully leading sophisticated projects with geographically diverse and large teams
  • Self-initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to adapt to new technologies;
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting expertise; and institutionalizing root-cause analysis
  • Deep expertise in hardware development, especially background in successfully driving LEAN or Agile development
  • Hands-on experiences in using Linux or other industry software utilities to test and trouble-shoot PCIe/CXL, or Liquid Cooling product design or testing, is a plus

The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 235,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
