Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for Product Management of data and analytics for the Enterprise Fraud Organization through the continuous assessment of product strategy against changing business priorities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with technical and architectural teams on new and ongoing development of product capabilities using agile practice methods.
  • Responsible for enabling capabilities supporting decisioning and analytics business use cases that balances fraud risk with customer experience and growth.
  • Partner across Enterprise Fraud Organization teams in strengthening fraud detection and prevention controls and enabling better business outcomes through data and AI/ML driven shared insights and experiences.
  • Responsible for solutions on data modeling, rapid feature engineering, and algorithm experimentation and scoring in near real-time data.
  • Partner with data scientists on the discovery, implementation, and execution of predictive and generative AI algorithms.
  • Collaborate on AI/ML tooling and techniques and be a transformational change agent on the adoption of such tools and analytics across Enterprise Fraud Organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate business strategies and technical concepts to all management levels.
  • Experience in the financial industry (preferred)
  • Self-starter who should have the passion for solving business problems using advanced analytics and tools and developing data-driven narratives.
  • Experience working with near real-time steaming data, NoSQL/Open Source/Graph databases, AI/ML pipelines, Feature Stores, Machine Learning Operations, and No-Code/Low-Code tools.
  • Prior experience with tools/platforms such as Elasticsearch and Neo4j is highly desirable.
  • A high degree of curiosity and innovativeness, especially on the use and experimentation of AI/ML techniques and approaches
  • Comfortable in innovative, high growth and fast-changing environment
  • Owns the vision and the definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the customer. Provides guidance to concentrate the Scrum Team(s) effort on correct priorities based on business value.
  • Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to meet business objectives.
  • Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
  • Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s).
  • Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
