NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of a Radio Access Network (RAN) Digital Twin. As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and commercialization of new, groundbreaking platforms supporting our software-defined 5G initiative. This is a multifaceted, emerging business at NVIDIA, and we are seeking someone who will be able to move and adapt quickly to changing needs, lead multiple initiatives, engage at all executive levels - both internally and externally with large customers. We seek someone with a proven track record in developing products from the ground up, and who is dedicated and passionate about bringing new solutions to market through a complex ecosystem. In this role, you will need to be passionate about building a digital twin for 5G networks and enable 6G development and standardization, with highly accurate tools for testing the efficiency of such networks and training the AI solutions that will usher a new renaissance in the telecom industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from vision to strategy to development and launch and prioritize the most critical activities required for the product’s success, ensuring that they are executed.
  • Collect, process, and communicate voice of customer to advise future direction of NVIDIA’s RAN Digital Twin platform, and drive engineering and product management in the development of the end-to-end full-stack solutions
  • Analyze and evaluate complementary and competitive products, technologies, solutions, and engage with key opinion leaders and coordinate market research to evaluate next-generation technology adoption and trends for digital-twin-powered networks
  • Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, product definition and specifications, value propositions, and support sales and marketing activities, including crafting presentations, blogs, demos, and other technical collateral.
  • Create consensus for the product vision across the organization by building product roadmaps that span multiple engineering teams across NVIDIA. Navigate through a matrix organization and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Engage with lighthouse customers proactively and communicate product development timelines and absorb their feedback into our development cycle
  • Work with external, third-party solution partners to build full solutions and evangelize the whole ecosystem
  • Define metrics of success and key performance indicators that can be measured and improved. Use those metrics to clearly communicate progress across the organization, while supporting sales and marketing activities, including crafting presentations, blogs, demos, and other technical collateral.

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 15+ years of product management experience in wireless communications industry like 5G/6G RAN, covering end-to-end systems in both hardware and software
  • 7+ years of product management experience in software simulation tools and workflows, high performance computing, and/or SaaS tool development
  • Experience working with Enterprise IT and rolling out software on the enterprise edge
  • Deep customer insights and business perspective on RAN digital twins, spanning researchers, developers, platform integrators, network equipment vendors to telecom operators
  • Proven experience in key opinion leader development, and excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical, marketing and project management skills, and ability to develop business relationships from scratch, both internally and externally to NVIDIA
  • Ability to translate individual customer needs into higher level platform requirements that can enable a wide range of customers

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep technical knowledge in telecommunications architectures
  • Experience with large-scale simulations, large-scale data bases, and simulation scenarios involving multi-sensor data
  • Experience with AERIAL, OMNIVERSE and NVIDIA SDKs
  • Background with NVIDIA products and embedded platform
  • Experience with open-source technologies and business models

The base salary range is 236,000 USD - 368,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
