As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager you’ll drive the way we connect with customers to drive engagement across our products. You will be focused on informing and executing a tactical roadmap to drive engagement across phases of the user journey; inclusive of onboarding, product adoption, engagement and retention.

You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, marketing research, creative and data science to build campaigns, experiments and messaging that increases engagement with our products and services. You have a passion for applying a quantitative approach to prioritization and problem solving. You look to martech as your competitive advantage.

What you’ll do

  • Own the strategy of lifecycle journeys and campaigns: identifying, sizing and prioritizing the opportunities that can result in higher customer engagement.
  • Send highly targeted communications based on customer preferences, behavior, and past interactions.
  • Collaborate with product marketing product, design, data science and content teams to develop personalized and compelling customer journeys
  • Utilize customer segmentation and data analysis to identify opportunities for targeted messaging and personalized experiences
  • Generate hypotheses driven by data to improving marketing performance, design and execute A/B tests, and apply knowledge of basic statistics (e.g. sample size, significance) to separate signal from noise
  • Own engagement initiatives from inception to launch to measurement
  • Drive the creative development & iteration pipeline utilizing learnings from your A/B tests
  • Use data to identify opportunities to engage with customers as well as to define segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Leverage and inform our martech capabilities to better engage with our customers
  • Hone your strategic thinking - transform large data sets into a story that helps senior leadership make decisions
  • You will own projects end to end, effectively acting as General Manager of a handful of engagement initiatives
  • Each initiative you work on will have a measurable impact on the business and company-wide KPIs
  • Translate learnings into actionable strategy for experimentation
  • The role is highly cross-functional. You will be a point of contact for Product Marketing, Product, Marketing Deployment, Data Science, and Creative in a matrixed and highly collaborative team environment
  • You will enjoy high visibility to senior marketing leadership

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience in consumer financial services or equivalent experience in a data-driven field
  • Knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems
  • Experienced in customer segmentation strategies
  • Analytical mindset and experience with related tools/concepts: Excel, A/B testing, relational databases
  • Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
  • Love and passion for your craft

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree (Economics, Statistics, Math, etc.) preferred
  • MBA a plus but not a requirement
  • Brokerage and/or Crypto experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Experience with marketing strategy, including opportunity assessment, customer segmentation and message testing
  • Familiarity with SQL and / or HTML a plus but not a requirement
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with analyzing large sets of data
  • Track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on, high capacity doer, multi-tasker with strong ownership mentality

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$136,000—$160,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$120,000—$141,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$106,000—$125,000 USD
