Position Overview

Working in the supply chain domain is working in a fast-moving environment of planning, manufacturing and inventory control and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Director Supply Chain and Logistics. You will setup the Axelera AI supply chain consisting of planning and execution and are responsible for the best-in-class customer satisfaction. You will be crucial to determine the right priorities and mitigate risks in the supply chain domain.

Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Manager at Axelera AI, your core responsibilities encompass:

• Development and Maintenance of Supply Chain Blueprint:

Devise and maintain the strategic framework for the company's supply chain operations.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design an efficient and adaptable supply chain blueprint.

Implement scalable structures to support current and future business needs.

• Performance Oversight and Control:

Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate supply chain efficiency.

Conduct regular assessments against performance indicators to ensure alignment with objectives.

Implement corrective measures to optimize supply chain operations.

• Leadership in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Process:

Lead and oversee the Sales & Operations Planning process to synchronize sales forecasts with operational capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and resources for efficient execution.

Drive consensus among stakeholders to achieve integrated and effective planning.

• Collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and Project Closure:

Partner closely with sales and business development teams to facilitate the successful closure of customer projects.

Coordinate supply chain activities to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.

Ensure seamless coordination between sales, project execution, and supply chain operations.

• Collaboration with R&D for Vendor Supply Chain Setup:

Work closely with the Research and Development teams to establish vendor supply chain partnerships.

Develop efficient processes for sourcing and integrating vendors into the supply chain network.

Ensure vendor relationships align with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

• Supply Chain Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments within the supply chain domain.

Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities; proactively initiate mitigation strategies.

Develop contingency plans to address disruptions and ensure continuity in operations.

• Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing the resilience and efficiency of the supply chain.

Collaborate with teams to implement innovative solutions and optimize workflows.

Drive initiatives for process refinement and technological enhancements within the supply chain.

• Leadership in Procurement and BOM cost improvements:

Lead and oversee the procurement cycle, BOM and non BOM.

Collaborate with teams to improve the BOM cost.

Drive initiatives to mitigate risks and dependencies on vendors.

Your profile:

• You have a sustainable multiple year track record in building and/or improving supply chains in an international market environment, preferably the semiconductor industry
• You have experience in leading an S&OP cycle
• You thrive in a face-paced, distributed working environment constantly overachieving your target quota, flexibility and willingness to ‘do what it takes’ will determine your success
• You are obsessed with growing business, having the ambition to make a substantial impact in the world
• You are obsessed with delivering an excellent customer satisfaction
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
