Job Description
Roles and responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Responsible for supporting customers adopt and optimize machine learning applications targeting SiMa.ai’s MLSoC and ML IP
- Run and analyze ML workloads on existing popular frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Guide and support customers through their design cycle from concept to production
- Manage technical support issues within the customer base
- Provide feedback on customer needs and inputs for future product development
- Work with partners to support joint solutions for customers as appropriate
Desired background, qualifications, and skills:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience developing/supporting complex vision, image or video processing applications for embedded platforms
- Strong C, C++, Assembly, Python Coding Skills
- Experience with Linux Kernel
- Experience with gStreamer / ffMpeg Video Schedulers.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Experience with DSPs, SIMD or VLIW instruction sets for algorithm porting and optimization is highly desirable
- Demonstrated exposure to deep-learning frameworks and technologies is highly desirable
