Job Description

• Help design and build core software components and infrastructure for a next generation user interaction system for AR | Contribute to the design and development of the core software components and infrastructure of a next-generation user interaction system for augmented reality
• Analyze, evaluate, design, develop, integrate, debug and test realtime interactive software and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources | Analyze, evaluate, design, develop, integrate, debug and test interactive software in real time and improve the efficiency, scalability and stability of different system resources
• Work with research scientists to enable data collections, integrations, and experience building | Work with scientific researchers to enable data collection, integration and experience acquisition
• Write clean readable code, debug complex problems that span systems, prioritize ruthlessly and get things done with a high level of efficiency | Write clean readable code, debug complex systems issues, prioritize ruthlessly, and achieve results with a high level of efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of programming experience in either C++, Rust, or Python | At least 5 years of programming experience in C++, Rust or Python
• BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics or related area | Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working on cloud infrastructure | At least 2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure
• 2+ years experience designing and delivering software APIs and frameworks/platforms | 2+ years of experience designing and delivering programming software interfaces, frameworks and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with implementing developer operations solutions | Experience implementing development operations solutions
• Experience deploying highly scalable systems (eg Kubernetes) | Experience deploying highly scalable systems (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Experience with machine learning or deep learning | Experience in machine learning or deep learning
