Job Description

Job responsibilities may include: 

• Configure and customize Jira to meet the needs of our organization
• Provide support and training to users
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the Jira platform
• Work with other teams to implement best practices and improve the use of Jira
• Stay up-to-date with new features and updates to Jira
• Create and maintain documentation for Jira processes and procedures

Requirement

• At least diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation v3 Certification or higher.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in IT Technical Operations or IT Product Management, with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of user needs, and the ability to identify and solve adoption challenges within large organizations.
• Experience in user engagement optimization and a track record of implementing successful business improvements.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and its capabilities.
• Experience with Jira customization and configuration.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, Microservices, Data Science, UI/UX, Javascript, JQL, and/or Python is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Platform and related technologies such as App Engine, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Monitoring, and Big Query.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and principles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and relationship building abilities.
• A dynamic and highly motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and sound risk acumen and organizational awareness.
• Willingness to be reassigned to other areas within IT and/or ITSO and/or Application Management team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
