Job Description

• Deliver superb technical training from the GCP Curriculum and Redbeat Academy Curriculum, in particular the data engineering and analytics tracks, to diverse audiences (e.g., students, government, etc).
• Support training activities at Marketing events, including delivering technical classes/presentations
• Evaluate, train, audit, and coach other trainers (internal instructors as well as external training partners).
• Provide direct field feedback to the Curriculum Development team on content being delivered and act as an SME on new content or updates to existing content.
• Curation of new learning path related to specialization Participate in training planning conversations with strategic customers/partners and work on tailoring content for those audiences as required.
• Collaborate with Tech HODs to bring cutting edge training experience Mentor internal and external authorized instructors as part of a train the trainer program.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community. Understand the market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
