Job Description

Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our Humanoid is designed for corporate tasks targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.

We are looking for a Systems Test Engineer that can help design and execute test plans for our humanoid robots that ensure they are meeting the desired requirements and functionality. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system meets the requirements
• Own verification and validation efforts
• Develop and hone robot behaviors until they are robust enough to run in real world scenarios
• Design and implement test infrastructure for enabling robot development

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relative experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
• Ability to understand complex systems and how they work together
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good understanding of software and autonomy systems

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with designing and executing test plans for real robots
• Ability to code in C++ and/or Python
• Ability to design parts in a CAD system
• Understanding of AI systems and how they are implemented
