ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Global Revenue organization, our Client Services team operates as Afiniti’s internal Strategy Consulting team. We are currently seeking a Client Services Manager to join our elite team and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and project success, while building strong customer relationships. Working closely with our technical and cross-functional teams, you will help implement our AI solutions and expand our market reach.

As a trusted advisor to our valued clients, you will have ownership over a significant end-to-end revenue stream within our region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BE THE CATALYST FOR SUCCESS: As the client's primary point of contact, you will build strong relationships and act as a strategic partner, ensuring that Afiniti's solutions deliver maximum value. You will leverage your analytical skills to analyze and interpret Afiniti's results, providing valuable insights to drive client satisfaction and success.

CHAMPION PROBLEM SOLVING: Lead cross-functional teams to overcome customer challenges and ensure seamless execution of projects. Your ability to think outside the box and your in-depth understanding of our AI solutions will be critical in delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH: Collaborate with the Regional Manager to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence in the Latin American (LatAm) market. Your insights and expertise will contribute to driving revenue growth and securing new customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 years of experience in a Strategy or Management consulting role with a client-facing position or similar role
  • Ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and leverage market dynamics
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively to diverse audiences
  • Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior management
  • Experience managing day-to-day relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal team members
  • Proficient with leveraging analytical tools and methodologies for data analysis and interpretation.
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from data and present findings in a clear and compelling manner
  • Comfortable working with numbers and discussing basic statistics
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to influence and drive change
  • Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious goals
  • Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities, capable of prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving organization.
  • Full working capability in English (written and spoken). Since many of our teams are international, it is essential to be able to communicate seamlessly in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field

Based on the role and function at Afiniti, you may have the opportunity to work remotely!

If your role allows you to work remotely, you will have opportunities to travel to an Afiniti office for key moments throughout the year, but the amount of expected travel will depend on your role and team.
