KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate – Innovation Consultant (Technology) to join KPMG Ignition within our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support or lead workshop design, preparation, project management and facilitation for various executive-level client facing workshops to help clients accelerate the delivery of customized and integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI), Advanced Analytics and Automation capabilities into every part of their business; leverage facilitation techniques such as design thinking to effectively run client facing workshops
  • Assist all aspects of project management for workshop success, including identifying and managing key stakeholders to involve, preparing or collating necessary workshop inputs such as KPMG points of view or frameworks, proactively keeping the session on track and key people informed and prepared, and when needed, conducting research or coordinating with the offshore team to conduct; develop and manage project plans and financials, help manage and develop a sales pipeline, workshop and deliverable status tracking and data management, and create proposals
  • Contribute to the development of content and session activities that spotlight specific KPMG Data & Analytics (D&A) solutions via highly tailored storytelling of our most impactful client use cases; engage with clients and KPMG teams throughout the workshop design process, using experience-based digital and AI knowledge to build and deliver a compelling client experience
  • Aid production of highly effective and engaging data-driven reports and visualizations that tell a compelling story; demonstrate ability to convey the possibilities of data science, modern big data analytics and technology as an input to designing sessions that draw real value from KPMG D&A use cases
  • Prepare presentations and in some cases, help present research key findings and points of view to engage effectively with C- level executives in trends insights and workshops
  • Develop workshop debrief materials, synthesizing key takeaways from the workshop and putting them in the context of the client challenge or opportunity

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience delivering professional services and emerging technologies like AI, Advanced Analytics, Cloud and Automation capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university
  • Possess a passion in solving complex problems and comfort in collaborating with teammates; ability to understand business challenges and construct meaningful workshop structures and materials to help enable the client to achieve a desired outcome
  • Ability to apply well developed research and analytical skills to find fact-based data, including facts that matter most, using a broad array of resources and analytical tools
  • Capacity to manage senior stakeholders and distill key points; collaborate and work in an agile, adaptable, dynamic, fast-paced environment; able to deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Travel may range from 50% - 80% at times
