Position Summary

As Data Analytics Associate Director you will report to the Regional Data Science Director, and will be responsible for leading on data consultancy for key clients across the UK and EMEA. The role includes project management for data science outputs from off-shore hubs in Poland, up-selling and cross-selling solutions to existing clients as well as working on new business pitches. This role is a combination of client servicing and consulting offerings lots of opportunities for training in the specialism but also in other areas such as strategy or digital. As Data Analytics Associate Director you will work across multiple clients and the role offers exposure through thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Data Consulting (80% )

  • Deliver client-centric data strategy proposals, collaborating with the Audience, Digital, AdOps, and Data Visualization teams. ​
  • Delivering education and training on data-driven planning and analytics solutions across markets​
  • Troubleshooting and supporting internal teams on data-driven planning such as Outcomes Modelling, Budget Setting, and Demand Forecasting​
  • Project managing off-shore hubs to deliver data science projects. ​

New Business and Growth (20%)​

  • Working with Data Science analysts to deliver analytics exercises.​
  • Present compelling connected data strategies with confidence.​
  • Act as UM ambassador at industry events. ​
  • Compose award entries and thought leadership articles.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Previous data science experience or similar. ​
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, readily shares ideas and knowledge. ​
  • Confident presenter with a flair for pitching new ideas. ​
  • Good communicator, able to clearly communicate insights and strategic recommendations to business owners and leadership.​
  • Strong technical knowledge in econometrics, statistics, data analysis (programming languages are a plus).​
  • Ability to think critically and pay attention to details to elevate quality of deliverables. ​
  • Able to collaborate and manage expectations of multiple internal and client stakeholder to deliver projects. ​
  • Previous media experience in global or regional teams is preferred.
