Position Overview

What You Will Do

  • Work as key part of a professional services delivery team to design and configure robust, scalable, and maintainable Agiloft systems
  • Lead implementation efforts for commercial to medium enterprise projects 
  • Act as project manager for commercial projects 
  • Lead effective design sessions to capture and document customer requirements 
  • Be the Agiloft configuration expert who can not only configure the software themselves, but also write detailed specifications for configuration by junior implementers 
  • Oversee work of junior implementers and partners, and provide constructive feedback 
  • Anticipate and address scope creep and change order requests in partnership with project managers 
  • Handle customer interactions and initial escalation calls with a solutions-focused approach 
  • Deliver excellent documentation and training in service of a comprehensive solution
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to continually improve our product 
  • Provide advisory services to our Agiloft SI Partners 
  • Contribute to internal projects that continuously improve our overall implementation process and our customers’ success 
  • Other duties as assigned 

What You Bring

  • Technical background preferably with a 4-year college degree 
  • 3-5 years working as an implementer or demonstrated equivalent 
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, familiarity with web-based SaaS technologies and database concepts, and a growth mindset 
  • Ability to manage timelines, business requirements and customer expectations on complex projects 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and writing skills 
  • Effective mentorship skills to provide guidance and feedback for junior implementers 
  • A desire to go beyond the job description to impact the success of an exciting growth stage company

It's A Big Plus If You Have

  • Prior experience with LegalTech in general and with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) specifically 
  • Implementation experience with systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics; CLM and CLM-adjacent products related to Sourcing, Procurement, Matter Management, CPQ. 
  • Advanced experience with Excel or other data wrangling tools like Alteryx, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau 
  • Experience with scripting, coding, and/or API integrations
