Job Description

Sales/Solutions Engineers play a key role in our team, ensuring the top-level delivery of our product, its correct configuration and deployment to solve our customer’s needs and give them a great experience working with us.

We are looking for a person with more than 3 years of solid technical background, who’s comfortable working in technical environments, solving data-related tasks using Python. You should also be a good communicator, able to engage with our customers directly and work in cooperation with our commercial team.

Responsibilities

There are 3 main tracks of responsibilities in this position:

1. Solution Delivery

• Provide technical leadership during new project implementation;
• Create turnkey projects for various AI/ML training purposes;
• Ability to think outside the box, implementing various approaches to seemingly similar tasks;
• Pipeline multiple project stages;
• Test the project before its implementation.

1. Project Support

• Analyse data and improve performance of the project;
• Be in touch with the clients from different countries regarding the project flow;
• Monitor projects during live stage;
• Optimise data collection quality and speed utilising Python;
• Troubleshoot any process/technical issues in cooperation with the support team as needed.

1. Client-facing Communication

• Support communications with clients during the presales/project execution process;
• Cooperate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure top-tier delivery of our product;
• Understand technical language due to the nature of our AI-centered product;
• Analyse customers’ requirements and understand their needs to create the project that will bring value to them

Requirements

• Experience as data/system analyst/data scientist (account manager/salesperson with strong technical background are also welcome)
• Ability to create and understand complex solutions, building pipelines with multiple stages and thinking critically
• Ability to code in Python (pandas, numpy, experience with airflow is a big plus)
• Knowledge of basic statistics, probability theory
• Knowledge of basic ML concepts
• Confidence to communicate with data engineers and developers at a technical level and in their language
• Interest in continually learning and developing your knowledge and understanding of crowdsourcing/data science
• Familiarity with fast-paced environments where you manage multiple projects and handle large amounts of data, sometimes outside regular office hours

Would be nice to have:

• Experience working on crowdsourcing and/or machine learning projects
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
