Responsibilities

• Ensuring uninterrupted payment processing.
• Incident investigation.
• Creating and maintaining processes for data collection and processing.
• Assisting in the development, optimization, and administration of internal systems.
• Verifying and moderating users.
• Data preparation.
• Participating in bug finding and issue resolution.
• Providing financial consultation to related teams within the service.
• Brainstorming and developing technical solutions with product teams.
• Analyzing service functionality and user behavior to enhance projects, improve functionality, enhance quality, and adjust moderation settings.

Requirements

You are a good fit for us if you:

• Are independent and capable of quickly understanding new (often loosely defined) tasks.
• Have a strong command of MS Excel.
• Have skills in Python and SQL
• Can process large files (JSON, TSV, CSV).
• Have an Intermediate level or higher of English and Russian proficiency.

It will be a big plus if you:

• Have an analytical background.
• Know mathematics and statistical methods and can apply them.
• Can collaborate with teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Are ready to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
