Job Description

Scope analytics projects including recommending optimal analytical approach, identifying business and data assets, developing execution plans, and conducting analysis. Design, develop, and deliver analytic models, findings, and reports for the purpose of quantifying performance of business areas and evaluating operational changes. Develop and build customer behavioral attributes from client interaction data including Natural Language processing from unstructured client interaction text. Build relationships and consult with internal business partners including directors, managers, business users, and developers. Gather relevant quantitative and qualitative information by extracting data from databases and engaging with business partners. Interpret data, identify relevant analyses, and develop models and/or reports with the goal of providing actionable insights that support the business area. Create and deliver presentations and reports that communicate messages clearly to business partners, with an emphasis on storytelling. Work independently as well as contribute to team problem-solving efforts to meet partner deadlines and objectives.

What you have

Job Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience and/or education must include: Natural Language Processing - Developing end-to-end NLP methodologies for sentiment analysis, text classification, topic modeling; Machine Learning - Advanced data mining & modeling techniques (GLM/Regression, K-Means Clustering, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Social Network Analysis, etc.), and the ability to articulate their suitability for a given challenge; and Statistical Methodology- Knowledge of advanced techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage).
