Job Description

Identify data sources, ensures enterprise standardization of new data. Create analytical models, such as customer segmentation, experience impact analysis, and test and control designs to evaluate business decisions and opportunities. Lead efforts in providing business performance visibility leveraging highly scalable, modern business intelligence platforms to drive business results. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements, hypotheses, identify success metrics, and determine feasibility of analyses in current and future states. Manages the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of the data from data requirements thru data delivery and maintenance. Develop subject matter expertise around key Schwab systems. Collaborate with internal DAI partners to deliver best-in-class and holistic solutions. Build strong partnerships with business partners to align, prioritize, and integrate our efforts and Work closely with business partners and the team to ensure optimal project scoping and prioritization while balancing business impact and success.

Salary: $132,704.00 - $246,800.00 per year

What you have

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field and six (6) years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related role. Skills: Experience and/or education must include: Advanced SQL skills – able to translate business requirements into SQL ‘from scratch’ without assistance from a code generating tool and able to understand existing complex SQL using Teradata, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL server; Developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards using data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Qlik); Identifying, leveraging, and reconciling data across multiple systems and blending data together from multiple sources in the right form for analysis, visualization, or reporting; Hands on work with complex analyses and analytical models such as: customer segmentation, experience impact analysis, and a|b testing; Project management including scoping and prioritization to manage backlog of requests; and Communication of results and visualizations when presenting complex or technical concepts to non-technical business partners.
