Your Team

Oxa MetaDriver is a suite of tools that combines generative AI, digital twins and simulation to accelerate machine learning and testing of self-driving technology before and during real-world use. You will join our Oxa MetaDriver Team which is responsible for delivering these technologies to both internal and external customers. It comprises a wide range of disciplines from ML and simulation, to application development, cloud engineering and data capture professionals.

Your Role

  • Ensure Customer Projects using MetaDriver technologies are successfully delivered and used by Internal and External customers
  • Be a lead, coach and mentor to the Customer Engineering Team, demonstrating Oxa values and Leadership Principles
  • Be a conduit for customer feedback back into the wider MetaDriver Product Engineering Team, in particular working closely with the MetaDriver Product Manager.
  • Providing technical pre-sales, and supporting marketing activities such as trade shows
  • Oversee customer solutions based on MetaDriver and Oxa technologies, such as Sensor Expansion or Simulation, being able to use and demonstrate such solutions to help identify issues and bugs.
  • Oversee MetaDriver Technical Documentation and Training for customers
  • Stay on top of competitor technologies and AV market regulations for Virtual Test Environments
  • Collaboration and communication with other specialist teams
  • Leading sprint cycles so as to bring in sprint activity on time, including planning, reviewing, and highlighting risk or scope creep against project requirements
  • Contributing to the hiring process and onboarding for new team members
  • Collaborating with your team members to keep Jira items current and updated
  • Liaising with leaders throughout the company to understand the overall drive, direction and technical requirements of the company, and how that impacts and steers your team.

Requirements

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience as team lead of engineers, ideally on a SaaS based product
  • Client facing experience, such as technical pre-sales, customer support, FAE roles
  • Demonstrable knowledge of ML systems from hands-on experience
  • Worked in client led project environments (e.g. software consultancy)
  • Familiar with cloud environments and developing custom solutions
  • Flexibility in working, able to thrive with uncertainty (e.g. worked in start ups)

  • Experience developing SaaS based products with strong ML/training elements to it
  • AV simulation and testing
  • A natural curiosity about the world and a can-do attitude.
