Job Description

The Position

• Fiverr is looking for an experienced brilliant Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-growing company and Data department.

• You will be part of the Performance Analytics team that takes a very unique, central and holistic position in the company.

• You will be in charge of defining and monitoring company’s KPIs, conducting a root cause analysis over a matrix of trend changes.

• As a senior analyst, You will be requested to suggest ongoing proactive actions that will make an impact on our business, work closely and present insights to executives.

• You will work independently and as a team member on the most interesting and innovative analyses that are available in the online industry.

Responsibilities

• Data analyst focal point for all business & engineering related teams
• Define new business KPIs, units objectives and create supportive infrastructure for measuring them, including automated solutions
• Track wisely business performance, alert and analyze abnormal trends
• Provide actionable recommendations and conclusion out from in-depth analysis to various stakeholders
• Manage multiple tasks at a time in fast-paced
• Lead & implement new data-related projects and solutions - from design state all the way to implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst (online industry advantage)
• Vast knowledge and hands experience in SQL including complex ETL logics - Must
• Excellent analytical skills
• Expert level in working with Big data tools (BigQuery advantage)
• Expert level with reporting platforms and data visualization - Must (Tableau strong advantage)
• Ability to find root cause for vague trend behaviors and conclude it into a full data story
• Ability to plan, prioritize and build data solutions to support business growth
• High presentation and communication skills
• BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics or equivalent
