Position Details:
The mission of the Customer Insight team is to provide all our customers and sellers with comprehensive reporting, analytics, and actionable insights - descriptive, inferential, and prescriptive, that deepen our customer relationships and increase market share. Our goal is to provide an actionable set of information that gives a customer a deeper understanding of their business or operation. We will differentiate in the market by servicing our customers better through using technology to scale our expertise. You will work with a team of product managers, data scientists, data engineers and architects to build extremely targeted products that help customers solve and answer specific problems.
You can be based in either downtown Chicago or Lake Forest, Illinois and will report to the Sr. Manager, Applied Machine Learning.
Pay:
This position is salaried and will pay between $139,740 - $214,710 with a 15% annual bonus.
