Job Description

What you'll do

• Design and guide the team to develop a world-class, scalable Machine Learning Platform.
• Design and roll out ML Ops methodology standards, and best practices, supporting its adoption by all advanced analytics products.
• Ensure the robustness and scalability of machine learning models by designing systems that can handle large amounts of data and user traffic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning and data science advancements, and implement new technologies as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, and present technical solutions in an easily understandable way.

What you'll need

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering leadership.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in individual-contributor machine learning engineering roles.
• Solid software engineering and data management skills.
• Experience in using cloud platforms to deploy scalable, reliable, and performing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable conveying complex ideas to a diverse audience.
• Servant leader, ready to roll up the sleeves and help the team overcome technical or organizational roadblocks.
• Fully fluent in English and Portuguese, proficiency in Spanish a plus.
