What you'll do:

• Be part of a cross-functional team, directly contributing to feature development and maintenance of a global product;
• Partner with colleagues to build and maintain tooling for test development, automation, and release processes improvement;
• Advocate for the user experience when communicating with product, design, and tech;
• Follow best development practices to achieve continuous improvement;
• Provide the team with a quality strategy that supports the team's delivery goals;
• Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions.

What you'll need:

• Advanced knowledge in Power BI
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a quantitative and qualitative analysis role. 
• Good understanding of statistical methods. 
• BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field preferred
• Advanced SQL expertise
• Experience in a scripting language for analysis (Python) is a plus
• Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on decisions. 
• Ability to learn new methodologies, adapt to business needs, and to prioritize business goals. 
• Organized with the ability to work in a self-guided manner, but knows when to ask for help. 
• Superb communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with a general love of problem solving.
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Experience in projects of continuous improvement is a plus
• Databricks Basic skills
• Drive commercial strategy by providing insights into current performance, and highlighting opportunity areas for growth
