We are looking for Customer Success Engineers proficient in:

  • 3+ years experience in the full lifecycle of software products from concept to launch
  • Own the customer relationship and management including triaging/ resolving support issues,

    be the voice of the customer, and translate their needs into product requirements, collaborate

    with eng & product teams to address them.

  • Ideation to help solve customer problems using Betteromics platform including running design

    sprints and iterating on customer requirements

  • Handling pre-sales customer evaluation POC - including building, maintaining, running demos

    in python, javascript, etc

  • Help scale support by defining, prototyping, and championing tools to address common

    customer needs.

  • Experience working in a cloud env (Kubernetes, GCP, Azure, AWS) and infrastructure services such

    as Terraform, Helm, log aggregation, load balancing

  • Experience monitoring and debugging production systems, using tools such as Pagerduty,

    Sentry, Prometheus, Honeycomb request tracing, etc

  • Experience working with Dev & DevOps Tools such as code repositories (Git*), CI/CD (e.g.

    Jenkins), build tools (Bazel, Gradle, etc.)

  • Some experience working with systems:
    • Backend systems similar to search (ElasticSearch), database (PostgreSQL), data

      warehouse (Snowflake), cloud storage (S3), event management (Kafka, Lambda)

    • Cloud security involving auth, PII, secrets mgmt, encryption (e.g. Identity Services,

      Secrets Vaults, Identity Aware Proxies, etc)

    • Data pipelines and compute engines (e.g. Airflow, Prefect, Argo)
    • External APIs based on frameworks like (e.g. GRPC, GraphQL, REST)
  • Nice to have
    • Experience working with lifesciences domains - wet lab, bioinformatics, genomics,

      clinical data, EHRs, Electronic Lab Notebooks (e.g. Benchling), etc

  • Provide training and demos to customers on new features
  • Be the voice of the customer to provide important feedback back to internal teams
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to help drive features to improve the product
  • Build solutions to scale support for our customers
