We are looking for a Software Engineer proficient in:

  • 5+ years experience in the full lifecycle of software products from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
  • Experience with Machine Learning tools (scikit-learn, tensorflow, pytorch) and building models in areas such as nlp, generative ai, deep learning neural nets 
  • Building scalable realtime multi-cloud hosted software services involving kubernetes, gcp, azure, aws (or similar tools) 
  • Backend systems including realtime search (elasticsearch), database (postgresql), Datawarehouse (snowflake) Cloud storage (s3)
  • High dimensional data interpretation and visualization systems (mode, tableau, looker, streamlit, plotly)
  • General purpose data science and bioinformatics specific compute engines (cromwell, flyte, nextflow,
  • External Apis based on (grpc, graphql, rest, json, fastapi,
    • ML model building , tuning, evaluation experience in generative AI , nlp, 
    • NGS (next generation sequencing ) data formats (e.g. bam, fastq, ) and data pipelines (wgs, broad gatk, nf-core
    • Wet Lab Process engineering - lab assay data collection, QC, Process monitoring, ELNs
    • Nice to have - Domain knowledge in life sciences
