Merchant Observability
The Merchant Observability team, part of Adyen’s Data Solution, builds systems to detect anomalous behavior in our merchants’ payment flows–think sudden drops in transaction volumes, or downwardly-trending payment authorization rates. We also ensure that the generated alerts are routed to the team best able to resolve the underlying issue, e.g. account management for integration misconfigurations, technical support duty for platform bugs, or risk for fraud attacks. As a team, we value initiative and empowerment and strive to create a psychologically safe working environment.
