The Data & Analytics Business Architect will be a critical change manager to the Informa Connect group, responsible for interpreting and contextualizing strategy for operational needs across IT and Marketing. Customer-focused to your core, you will help visualize the data to map out Connect’s capability and technology based on user persona, bridging the gap between strategy and execution, streamlining and rationalizing the IT enablement process, and optimizing the customer experience from the inside out. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and data-driven, using systematic ways to create efficiencies across marketing and lead with data-backed decisions.
This position reports directly to the Director of Growth Marketing with dotted line reporting into our central transformation teams, and requires extensive collaboration with sales, brand and marketing directors and senior management across divisions. You will play a key part in synthesizing and creating synergies for the work of others, drawing from disciplines like business analysis, process management and operations to define the database and automation strategy across Informa Connect’s North American portfolio brands.
