Job Description

As a Data Engineer, you will get to interact with a wide variety of data coming from different sources and extract key insights from it; also the opportunity to develop end-to-end data products using cutting-edge technologies with the flexibility of applying all the industry best practices. Working in this role will moreover give you plenty of chances to learn and grow within the team and also cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and organize data
• Assist with the development and testing of data pipeline workflows making use of Python, DBT & Pentaho Data Integrator
• Designs data integrations and data quality framework
• Write and optimize SQL queries
• Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
• Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.
• Collaborates with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, and DWH systems
• Experience in designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python)
• Good communication skills in English with experience working with offshore teams
