SentinelOne is growing its Product Development Data Intelligence team and looking for a data expert to assist in managing our Product, Eng & Customer data for our rapidly growing base. We are supporting the Product Development Management Team in all levels taking better decisions based on data insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, Design & Implement Data Eng tools and processes from Software Engineering domain to enable team efficiency and scalability
  • Increase team output data quality by implementing tools, processes and methodologies for quality in scale
  • Optimize query complexity to reduce compute costs
  • Coach and provide support to the Data Analysts in creating best quality data processes
  • Develop, track and maintain Key Metrics visualizations
  • Provide ad hoc reports, data analysis and recommendations as needed.
  • Engage with Organizational stakeholders, like IT, Cloud eng, Platform, Engineering etc’ in order to transform analysts requirements into the needed data sources.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Data Eng or Similar role
  • Experience with general-purpose languages (Python, Scala, Go)
  • Experience writing complex SQL queries and data modeling
  • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS or GCP must)
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
  • Experience with Data tools (DBT advantage)
  • Experience with data Visualization/BI Tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI etc)
  • Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter.
  • Open minded, energetic and highly motivated
