Robust Intelligence's mission is to eliminate AI Risk. As we transition into a world that is adopting AI into automated decision processes, we inherit a great deal of risk. Data drift, misclassified data, prediction biases, and adversarial input easily distort AI outputs and can have detrimental effects. Robust Intelligence is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analytics, machine learning, or data science, and at least five years of experience in product management, from discovery to shipping products. This highly technical role requires a deep understanding of AI and machine learning domains. This is an in-office position based out of our SF office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand market and customer needs and translate them into product requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Lead the product development process from discovery to launch
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and deliver high-quality products
• Work closely with Software Engineers and Machine Learning engineers in a highly technical environment to define, scope and prioritize feature development
• Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within the company
• Monitor and analyze product performance and use that data to drive product improvements
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong technical background in data analytics, machine learning, and/or data science
• Experience in enterprise SaaS
• Experience working at startups and in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to think creatively and come up with new solutions to customer pain points
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

The annual compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000
