About The Role:
At WePay, our goal is to create a data-driven culture and to enable fact-based decision making. Business Analytics is tasked with helping the company achieve this vision by providing data and driving the adoption of analytics insights in everything we do. We are looking for a Data Scientist to join us on this journey and help take our analytics capability to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying key metrics and conducting in-depth analyses to guide business and inform strategy decisions. You will work with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Risk to help upsell and cross-sell WePay products and to help improve our partners and merchants’ experience. The right individual will know how to frame a business issue and design the right analysis to find the answers, fluent in using SQL, python and other big data techniques, and adept at developing insights and building narratives to support key initiatives. *Please use a personal email such as gmail, yahoo, etc when applying to the role.
