Job Description

• Develop data mart for predictive cross sell & up sell, credit scoring model
• Develop summary mart for support business team (finance team, collection team, lending team, marketing team and banking team) and support report and dashboard
• Deploy, Develop and maintenance data mart and dashboard(daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Develop platform for develop predictive model or support credit scoring model and propensity model
• Deploy, Develop and Monitoring
• Traditional credit scoring model and alternative credit scoring model
• Propensity model for support cross sell & up sell to customer
• Another model such as income model
• Provide analytic insight to help improve marketing business
• Collaborate with business, IT and holding company team to provide the data and analytic support
• Collaborate and manage vendor to develop and deliver project with quality and timeline

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in data science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related
• 5-10 years relevant experience in Data Scientist
• Hands-on experience of data manipulation using Python / Power BI
• Flexible enough to react to changes in decisions and adjust accordingly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Banking/ Lending
• Experience in visualization tools especially Power BI or by using Python libraries
