Job Description

The Data Science & Platform organization researches problems encountered in LINE services from a data and AI perspective, finds solutions, and applies them to services.

To this end, we are developing and operating multiple platforms to create and support various AI/ML models such as data analysis and engineering, recommendation, NLP, Vision, and Anomaly Detection.

Responsibilities

LINE's SNS service VOOM mainly provides machine learning recommendation models as a service, and MLOps is realized for various ML models ( link )

system .

• Design, implement, and operate a high-capacity/real-time pipeline system to service a recommendation model to users
• Interlocking and upgrading with the ML platform operated by LINE

data

• Maintaining and improving the consistency of data used by the recommendation model and managing external dependencies

modelling

• Optimize the prototype recommendation model developed by Data Scientist into a high-performance production model suitable for service

Qualifications

• Those with more than 3 years of related experience
• Those with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, OS, DB, and networks
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and MLOps
• You have in-depth development experience in one or more languages ??or frameworks
• Those who are interested in new skills and challenge themselves without staying at the existing level
• Those who have no grounds for disqualification for overseas business trips and work

preferential treatment

• Experience with Hadoop Ecosystem such as Hive, HBase, Kafka, etc.
• Those with experience in serving ML models using BentoML, TorchServe, etc.
• Those with experience in applying and operating workflows such as Airflow, Luigi, Azkaban, etc.
• Experience with deploying and operating services using Kubernetes
• Experience with open source development and collaboration with the open source community
• Those who can work in a foreign language (English, Japanese, Chinese)
