Accountabilities

• To collaborate and partner with key stakeholders to deliver the next generation AI, ML and Predictive analytics Model
• To work as part of an Data science team enabling the integration of data sources with next generation technologies across functional boundaries. 
• Drive the creation of new models and capabilities that will leapfrog traditional approach based modeling and accelerate new ways of thinking
• leveraging a wide array of data from both traditional (Internal) and nontraditional (External) sources.
• Conceptualize, analyze and develop actionable recommendations for strategic challenges facing the organization.
• Work with key stakeholders and understand their needs to develop new or improve existing solutions around data and analytics.
• Develop solutions to meet business requirements; this involves translating requests into use cases, test cases, preparation of training data sets and iterative algorithm development.
• Work with Digital agronomy and R&D teams to develop and validate features
• Remain current on new developments in data science, Deep learning, and ML engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in informatics, computer science, or related fields
• 5+ years experience in data science with experience working with unstructured and structured data
• Strong skills in statistical analyses with abilities in advanced data management and statistical programming using Python, and R
• Statistical modelling and SQL
• AWS/Cloud experience

Preferred Requirements:

• NoSQL and RDBMS databases
• Expert level experience in Python, Tensorflow or SciKit learn
• Experience in Big Data tools, analysis, methods and integration
• Hadoop-based tools (Hive, Hbase, MapReduce, MongoDB, Cassandra)
