Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our on-site AI team for a temporary assignment! By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following cities: San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA

The Project Coordinator will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. Suitable candidates are self-guided, energetic and analytic problem solvers. The successful candidate should have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills along with an ability to work with tight deadlines.

Role Responsibilities

• Planning and management of small projects and subprojects independently or in cooperation with other Project Managers.
• Ensure timely delivery as per customer quality requirements.
• Coordination of small projects and subprojects independently or in cooperation with other Project Managers.
• Ensure timely delivery as per customer quality requirements.
• Client communication (intercompany and external).
• Project administrative and financial tasks.
• Vendor coordination.
• Track quality, effectiveness and efficiency of production.
• Communicate with internal resources to organize and facilitate work.
• Provide training and technical guidance to team members. 

Role Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in project coordination working on multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Drivable commute to either locations in San Jose/ Seattle. 
• Experience dealing with customers.
• Desirable qualities: multitasking, proactive, solution-oriented, eye for detail, good with numbers.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 
• Ability to keep projects on track while supporting project artifacts and communications.
• Excellent Excel/G-Sheet skills (advanced).
• Ability to learn new technology and tools.
• Project experience in AI/Data Collection or similar environment. 
• Experience leading small teams. 
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a multicultural global environment, with tight deadlines, multi-site teams and different projects simultaneously.
