Job Description

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for the Keurig Dr Pepper product/material setup, maintenance, and audit functions within the material master data domain. They are accountable to understand the integration of systems cross domain and ensure the data is set up for maximum efficiency. The Master Data Analyst maintains workflow records to ensure accurate and timely flow of data and complies with SLAs (service level agreement). Identifies opportunities for additional validation rules and/or opportunities to derive fields and eliminate manual and redundant data entry. They act as the first point of contact for our data providers and stakeholders and can educate the business on SAP tools, technology, and processes. The Master Data Analyst is the expert on the maintenance and processes for material systems and SAP and works directly with the internal team on analysis and resolution of any technical and or process related issues. They collaborate with business partners, customer care representatives, Finance, Supply Chain, and distribution personnel to ensure accuracy of data flow throughout the system. The Data Analyst works collaboratively with team members to ensure the quality of data and inputs are accurate and comply with current standards.

This position is based in our Frisco, TX office and will have a hybrid scheduled: 3 days remote, 2 days in the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for accuracy of data inputs and follows all product/material processes.
  • Identify data cleansing issues and develop a plan with the business to clean the data.
  • Identify data standardization opportunities at KDP and develop plans to present and implement plans for new data standards.
  • Set up and maintain all master data records within the product/material domain.
  • Assembles data set up and inputs this data consistently, and in multiple data levels, into the data hub/workflow tools, SAP, or identified system to create information with integrity that meets the needs of the business, including analysis teams.
  • Creates and maintains master records that drive SAP functionality.
  • Collaborates cross domain to ensure integrated fields are maintained per request of Business providers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with Data Providers and cross functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, etc.) to ensure the data and fields being used for product/material setup meet the holistic needs of the organization.
  • Maintains active, inactive and discontinued records and responsible for updating records as provided by the business in compliance with the standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures the SAP master data contains information needed to support Enterprise customer needs, such as pallet configurations, case packs, measurements, etc. Works with the Sales and Marketing Support teams, as well as other customer-facing groups, to consistently provide this information.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Business, Technology or related experience in the field preferred.
  • Experience in a data related organization preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, quality and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven experience with a variety of audit techniques with regards to the maintenance of data integrity.
  • Ability to work with Business Data providers, Customer Care, Distribution, Supply Chain, Procurement, Demand Planning and Finance personnel to determine and interpret business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analysis both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, SAP experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions.
