YOUR PROFILE

  • The experience range for this position is suitable for specialist/senior specialist and executive/manager (non-team management) roles
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
  • 2-4 years experience in data analysis, project & product management.
  • Marketing automation tools are a plus.
  • Coding skills – ability to code in one or more languages (SQL, Python)
  • Communication Skills - Excited to work with different functions within company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguityFamiliar with digital analytics tools (ie Google Analytics, Adjust) and visualisation tools (Tableau, Qlikview etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
  • Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making
  • A genuine interest in digital disciplines and stay up to date on trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity
  • Coordinate conversion campaigns for seller adoption and retention across a wide variety of promotions and seller journeys
  • Launch, execute, and optimize adoption and engagement campaigns in our marketing automation platform that deliver push notifications, emails, SMS, landing pages to our sellers
  • Analyze data and develop reports to measure funnel performance in a meaningful and useful way
  • Write testing plans, and provide recommendations on copy, images, layouts, and offers to test as part of a broader testing strategy
  • Prepare and/or present strategies, campaigns, and results to key business stakeholders
  • Provide the cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards so that everyone gets a good sense of the state of the business
