You will be part of a very hardworking team of machine learning scientists and engineers, building innovative algorithms that power personalized search experience for over sixty million unique users per month. Being a highly motivated individual contributor, you will learn, master, and apply the latest machine learning technologies to improve search, distill user generated content such as salaries and employer reviews, enrich knowledge graphs, and add innovative solutions to Glassdoor's ML product suite.

What You’ll Do:

• Work with a team of Engineers to create, implement, and improve solutions for Glassdoor’s reviews, salaries, benefits, and interviews domain.
• Build scalable production systems for data collection, data transformation, feature extraction, model training, and testing, using distributed software tools.
• Build end to end algorithms for objectively measuring the quality of our user generated content.
• Contribute to all phases of algorithm development including ideation, prototyping, design and development.
• Coordinate cross-team projects and proactively drive projects to completion.

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience applying machine learning concepts and deploying machine learning models in production environment.
• Capable of owning well-defined, mid-to-large size projects without need for close supervision.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience in applying machine learning solutions to solve real-world problems, using structured and unstructured data.
• Hands-on experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms for regression, classification, and clustering.
• Experience in NLP is a plus.
• Experience with analyzing large data sets, using Hadoop, Spark orrelated technologies is a plus.
• Write code with a high standard of quality, maintainability, and testability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• B.S. or above in Computer Science or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range*: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00

• Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual Bonus Target**: 10%

**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance evaluations
