Job Description and Responsibilities

EVRAZ North America is seeking an Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. In this role, this individual will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting business intelligence solutions in an exciting manufacturing environment that utilizes current IT technologies to deliver critical solutions using lean and agile programming methods. Application developer will help consolidate and transform data into information used to drive strategic and operational business decisions across the organization.

• Effectively interact with stakeholders such as Operations, Production Planners, Quality and shipping team to resources to gather requirements, prepare design specifications and translate their requirements into solutions
• Develop code and test computer programs for straightforward assignments. Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including encoding, testing, and debugging
• Participate in the technical design, development, and integration of cross functional, multi-platform application systems
• Troubleshooting, maintaining and enhancing MES applications as required
• Schedule and attend meetings with accounting, manufacturing production managers and supervisors to develop software requirements
• Provide training and support for custom application to operations personnel
• Organized and detail oriented, able to work well under deadlines in an ambiguous changing environment
• Collaborate with offshore team to document change request, writing spec and performing quality testing in an agile environment
• This is an individual contributor position

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Working primarily with SQL Server in Microsoft Azure, Power BI, SSIS and SSRS, this position will perform ETL to integrate data from disparate sources into the data warehouse and build dashboards and reports to support the business.
• Prefer a minimum 1-2 years of experience designing, developing and deploying applications within a Oracle Developer Suite 11g environment
• Experience with Business intelligence Reporting using Microsoft Power BI is required.
• Providing computer application development and maintenance using Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL is preferred
• Experience with relational databases, Oracle 12C preferred
• Ability to work overtime and holidays as required in order to meet business effectiveness criteria and/or customer requirements
• Manufacturing experience in steel industry, preferred
• Ability to work on site in Pueblo, Colorado. This is not a remote position
• This position may be relocation eligible

Compensation

• $75,000 -$90,000 per year
