Who You Are

  • A technologist with business acumen—equally comfortable in a technical deep dive or a strategy meeting.
  • Organized, curious, and proactive—someone who’s energized by working across teams to get things done.
  • A strong communicator who can translate complex ideas into compelling stories for external audiences.
  • Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and owning execution from start to finish.
  • Bonus if you understand Mandarin or Japanese or have experience in early-stage hardware companies.

What We Need

  • 5+ years of experience in technical business development, product management, or technical marketing.
  • Deep understanding of CPU architecture, SoC design, or AI hardware/software stacks.
  • A solid grasp of tech roadmaps and how to align them with business and partner objectives.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

What You Will Learn

  • How to shape and communicate cutting-edge architectural strategy in AI, CPU, and SoC design.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills between engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Real-world insight into partner-driven development, especially in early-stage or startup ecosystems.
  • Best practices for engaging with investors, partners, and high-stakes customers in a technical context.
  • Exposure to technology roadmapping and long-term product planning at a fast-paced hardware company.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
