Software Engineering Intern – Summer 2025
Location: Princeton, NJ (On-site; no relocation assistance available)
Compensation: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with education and experience)
Program Duration: May 27 – August 8, 2025 (Full-time, 40 hours/week)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineering Intern to join our team for a 10-week summer internship. This individual will work on a variety of hands-on engineering tasks, with a focus on building and demonstrating web applications. Interns will also have the opportunity to explore and utilize cutting-edge tools, including those involving artificial intelligence (AI).

This is an on-site position requiring residency within a commutable distance to our Princeton, NJ office. No relocation funding is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with moderate-complexity IT assignments under the mentorship of senior engineers.
• Develop and demonstrate web applications, primarily using JavaScript and React.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and technical discussions.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to real-world challenges.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
• Learn and follow operational standards, protocols, and software development best practices.
• Engage with various teams, including consultants, senior management, and peers.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, systems, or a related field.
• Completion of at least two years of coursework by the internship start date.
• Strong proficiency in front-end development, especially JavaScript.
• Interest or experience in working with React (strongly preferred).
• Willingness to learn new technologies, especially those related to AI.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving approach.
