Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Data Management and Governance: Implement data collection strategies, maintain scalable database architectures, and develop data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.

• Advanced Analytics and Modeling: Conduct exploratory data analysis, apply advanced statistical techniques, and develop machine learning models for various business applications. Collaborate with the Asia Advanced Analytics team on predictive modeling projects.

• Reporting and Visualization: Create regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations on key performance indicators. Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.

• Business Insights and Strategy: Analyze customer data to develop deeper understanding of client segments, identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, and measure marketing campaign effectiveness.

• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work with other teams to provide data-driven insights, maintain and improve data analytics tools and platforms, and provide training to team members on data analysis and reporting tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking or insurance related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong background in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning

• Experience with data management, database architectures, and data governance

• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

• Understanding of business processes and marketing concepts
