The NetSuite AI team is looking for a passionate and motivated fresh grad product manager to help define how state-of-the-art AI technologies can address real-world enterprise challenges. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the product vision and strategy while learning from experienced team members. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and work closely with engineering, data science, research, UX, and marketing teams to help bring impactful products to life. Your Responsibilities

As part of the NetSuite AI Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing innovative AI capabilities for our customers. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist in executing product plans and roadmaps to deliver experiences that delight our customers
  • Collaborate and work effectively with NetSuite domain teams (ERP, HCM, etc.) to support AI-driven product initiatives
  • Contribute to defining and analyzing key engagement and quality metrics to measure product success
  • Stay curious and learn about AI market trends and industry best practices
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a collaborative attitude to the team
  • Support product communications by engaging with internal teams and customers, and assisting in events or presentations as needed

Your Qualifications

  • Exposure to program / product management and ideally complemented by hands-on professional experience.
  • Capability translating customer needs into innovative and detailed product requirements for customer-facing online products/services
  • Passion and experience with of AI/ML
  • Able to read and understand code
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
  • Exceptional ability to negotiate and collaborate across groups to achieve customer success
  • Knowledgeable in company information systems (ERP, HCM, CRM, eCommerce areas)
  • Experience in the information retrieval space (Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or other search technologies)
  • Customer focus with experience working with enterprise customers and developers
